I installed:
yum install gd-devel
then renamed /usr/bin/webalizer to webalizer.moved, then run:
cd /usr/local/directadmin
cd custombuild
./build webalizer
That seems to have sorted it out.
Note that for any site that isn't active... a 0 bytes log file will not be run.
Only active sites will be processed.
